MAX5035DASA+T Power Management ICs
The MAX5035DASA+T is a highly integrated power management IC that combines two step-down DC-DC converters, two linear regulators, and an independent LDO regulator. It is designed to provide a complete power solution for a wide range of applications.
Features:
• Dual step-down DC-DC converters with integrated MOSFETs
• Output voltage range of 0.8V to 1.8V
• Output current up to 2.5A per channel
• Selectable fixed-frequency PWM or PFM mode
• Independent LDO regulator with adjustable output voltage
• Output voltage accuracy of ±1.5%
• Low quiescent current of 1.6μA in shutdown mode
• Low output noise and ripple
• Wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V
• Thermal shutdown protection
• Available in a 16-pin, 4mm x 4mm TQFN package
